Henry Anderson and Elizabeth Flack were fined in March 1879 at the Melbourn Petty Sessions for being drunk in the Fox Inn, Thriplow, and refusing to leave when asked to do so by the alehouse keeper.<\/p>\n

You can read more in volume 6.1<\/a> (1997). Interestingly Henry Anderson had form, having been convicted of being drunk in the Fox Inn the year before, though on this occasion the alehouse keeper was also fined for\u00a0 permitting drunkeness in his own house.<\/p>\n
