The Fowlmere and Thriplow Gardening Club holds its AGM in February each
year. This year we heard reports from our Chairman, Rosemary Jones, from our
Treasurer, our Membership Secretary, our Garden Show Co-ordinator and our
Programme Secretary. Overall 2024 was a very positive year for the Club with
interesting meetings, an enjoyable soir\u00e9e and a very successful Garden Show.
Sadly, Rosemary Jones has now stepped down as Chairman but has been ably
replaced by Hanna Roberts. Rosemary was heartily thanked for her great
leadership and both she and Barry Jones were thanked for all their hard work in
the background. After the election of this year\u2019s Committee, we settled down to
an at times tricky quiz compiled by Hanna Roberts. We enjoyed a sociable and
entertaining evening.<\/p>\n
