Combined Authority Bus Franchising Consultation

Families, students and older people are all being encouraged to have their say on the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority’s bus franchising consultation.

Running until 20 November 2024, it will inform a decision by the Mayor of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough on how to reform buses across the area.

A series of drop-in events will be taking place in September and October. The events will give people the opportunity to meet members of the consultation team in person, share their views about local bus services face-to-face and give feedback in the consultation.

For anyone who can’t attend a drop-in event, there are lots of other ways to take part in the consultation:

  • Paper copies or large print versions of the consultation documents are available too, and you can request a copy in the following languages: Polish, Lithuanian, Portuguese and Urdu.

South Cambs District Council Consultation Survey

Residents and businesses are being asked to help shape South Cambridgeshire District Council’s plans for the years ahead – to help ensure the area remains one of the best places to live and work in the country.

The Council has identified five key priorities to help achieve its goals. Councillors now want to hear the views of local people so they can help influence the production of a full Corporate Plan for 2025 and beyond. This Plan, when finalised, will set out the actions, initiatives and strategies the Council will work through to meet its targets.

You can view the plans in more detail and have your say. Anyone who completes the survey will have the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win one of two £50 One4All vouchers.
