The next Daffodil Weekend is on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th March 2011 11am - 5pm (42nd event)

Daffodil weekend is a traditional village fête-come flower festival, with open gardens, craft and home-produce stalls, music and rural entertainments and much, much more! Further details of the weekend's events are listed below.

Displays and entertainment

Heavy horses giving dray rides
Children’s entertainment (Magic shows, Bouncy castle, Face painting, Under 5's play area)
May pole dancing
Sheep dogs working

Live birds of prey (static display - the Raptor Foundation)

Coaches and minibuses must book in advance - prices and further information

Entrance fee includes car parking and admission to all attractions. Dogs on leads are allowed.

 

Location

Thriplow is 8 miles south of Cambridge, a mile or so from Junction 10 on the M11 and just off the A505 between Duxford and Royston. See Streetmap or google maps
