Cambridgeshire County Council
Thriplow and Heathfield are both in the Administrative area of
Cambridgeshire County Council. This body has its headquarters in
Cambridge. CCC covers the whole of Cambridgeshire, except for
Peterborough, which is a Unitary Council. In total, there are 69
Cambridgeshire County Councillors and the Conservative group
currently holds the balance of power.

Our County Councillor is Tim Stone and he represents the
parishes of Babraham, Duxford, Fowlmere, Great Abington, Hinxton,
Ickleton, Little Abington, Pampisford, Thriplow and Whittlesford
in the County Council.
Tim comes to our Parish Council Meetings and helps out where
issues need County Council assistance or approval.
Tim is a Liberal Democrat Party member of the County Council. He
